Accessibility Statement

The hotel works according to all legislation in order to help our disabled customers to move comfortably and enjoy the hotel services independently.
The hotel staff will be happy to assist with anything and everything.
 
Disabled parking
15 disabled parking spaces are located near the hotel's main entrance.
 
Main entrance door
The front door is particularly wide and accessible to wheelchairs
 
Disabled toilets in public areas
Accessible toilets are located at the lobby. 
 
Reception desk
There is a special fitted counter for disabled people and a special hearing system. 
 
3 Disabled rooms which contains:

• Wide front door.
• Accessible toilet and shower.
• Wide balcony door.
• accessible Light switches.

 
Hotel pool:

• Access to the pool with a special elevated sit.
• Disabled toilet facilities are located on the first floor close to the pool floor

 
Dining rooms:

• The ways to the dining rooms are accessible.
• Accessible food buffet - Self-service is available.  Hotel staff will be happy to assist

 
Hotel Spa:

• Wide door and wheelchair accessible.
• Adjustable and lowered massage beds.
• Accessible toilet and shower.
• Access to the pool with a special elevated sit.

 
Hotel Elevators:

• Elevators doors are wide and accessible for wheelchair.
• Elevators buttons are highlighted and Braille written. 
• The elevators are equipped with special sound system which indicated each floor.

• Access to the synagogue is accessible
• The synagogue doors are wide and accessible for wheelchairs.
